Welcome to the Official Audio Research Corporation Store. The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce in our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making an online purchase at The ARC Store.
1 - General
The ARC Store only accepts orders within the United States. All orders outside of the United States are handled via our Dealer network. Our list of dealers outside of the United States can be found on our Dealer locator at:https://audioresearch.com/dealer-locator/ If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help at [email protected]. All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. The ARC Store reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted.
2 – Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are sent at a flat rate by USPS. You will receive an email notification with a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. The ARC Store will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Estimated shipping times are listed per item in the item description.
a. Shipping destinations and shipping fees
Estimated time to fulfill each order is 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified.
b. Uncollected packages / Returns
If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.
3 - Payment
You have the following options:

When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout via Authorize.net. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. The ARC Store reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected.
4 – Returns and exchanges
You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product, within 30 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our customer service within this time. We are unable to take back products that have been damaged by the purchaser or used by the purchaser. There are no refunds for sale items, only the possibility to exchange or receive a credit note. When returning or exchanging a product you must pay for the shipping cost.

You will recieve your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order. It may take up to 7 days before the money reaches your account.
You have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
a. Faulty goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items ARC STORE will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
b. Claims
If the product is defect, damaged or if the return is due to a mistake made by us, we will in this case bear or reimburse the delivery cost. Please report the reclamation to our customer service before returning the product, then return the product together with your receipt to this address:

5 - Security
All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Most web browsers use symbols or the guide https:// to show that the page you are visiting is secured.
6 - Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by US law. ARC may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.

All rights, including copyrights at audioresearch.com remain with Audio Research Corporation and its subsidiaries. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
8 - Force majeure
in case of war, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by public authority or similar circumstances DEDICATED will apply to force majeure. This means that these terms & conditions can not or only partly be performed. If this occurs DEDICATED will try to inform you about this.
